Dragging Yourself Across The Floor For Excercise
My friend athena and i had a convo a while ago about all the different animal moves she could do in her class train like an animal is the workout she came up with and while i didn t do all of the same moves i did include a lot of them because they work perfect for across the floor workouts.
Dragging yourself across the floor for excercise. Drag crawls require you to drag yourself across the ground using only your arms. Getting up off the floor seems simple enough but a lot of people can t do it well at all. Bodyweight exercises are great. The key to this exercise is to keep your hips steady and your core engaged to prevent hip shifting.

Across the floor is great for group x as well since it gives participants more room for their exercises and use their muscles in a slightly different way than they would stationary. If your class runs on the smaller side you might be able to cue exercises across the floor with the entire class since there s room for everyone.
