Do Interior Doors Get Installed Before Flooring

Do interior doors get installed before flooring. First floor i need to put 3 4 plywood subfloor and vapor barrier to the concrete slab floor base. Screw a strip of the same thickness to the floor next to the wall. Typically cabinets come before flooring. Before i do the floors i suppose.
